    What are the rights of a spouse that has been cheated on from the other’s affair at their place of employment. This affair has also resulted in the birth of a child.

    There was also an opportunity to gain employment at the same employer for the injured spouse. However, because of the circumstances the opportunity for an interview was blocked by the spouse and the adulterous, which is the point that the affair came to surface. The spouse was fully qualified for the position that would have given the opportunity for benefits, oppose to the current employer being through a temp agency.

    • Sounds to me like grounds for divorce. The question of whether there is a possible employment law action against the prospective employer, I must say that I am not qualified to answer that question.
