Client Relationship Specialist


Client Relationship Specialist | Open Position: Miles Mason Family Law Group, PLC 

Unique entry-level opportunity for a college graduate with marketing, communications, or English major.

Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Position open as of January 18, 2021.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client communications fostering open dialogue, collaboration and teamwork with staff professionals;
  • Direct client intake process;
  • Marketing and administrative responsibilities;
  • Report and document needs of clients;
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships;
  • Lead firm client satisfaction efforts;
  • Support Legal Administrator with projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • College degree, preferably majored in marketing, communications, or English;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Ability to work extended evening and weekend hours if necessary; and
  • No prior legal experience required.

Successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Must be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a team environment.
