It’s exciting to have my fourth TBJ cover story in the last few years. This article was difficult to put together, but Cindy MacAulay really made it work. All family lawyers need to know the changes in order to properly negotiate parenting plans. The expanded Child Tax Credit, Dependent Care Credit, and Head of Household filing status can all come into play. Help me thank Cindy. Without her expertise on this difficult topic, this article would not have been possible.
