Joseph W. Smith appointed Co-Vice Chair, TBA Family Law Section Executive Committee

Joseph W. Smith has been named Vice Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Family Law Section.  With over 500 members across Tennessee, the Family Law Section brings together practitioners who share a common interest in family law updates and legislative initiatives. In addition, the section provides educational programming and resources such as the Alimony Bench Book to its members annually.
