Our own Joe Smith and Bill Walk, personal injury attorney with The Crone Law Firm, were interviewed by Chip Washington, host of “Let’s Talk About It” show on WLOK (1340 AM/105 FM) on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.  Among many other topics, they discussed a relatively new law, House Bill 1834. Any person who kills another in a DUI-related crash in which the victim has minor children to pay child support to the victim’s children until they are adults.
