Anne Hamer is a nationally recognized speaker among family lawyers, Anne was recently invited to present to the ABA Family Law Section Spring Conference. She currently practices law in Memphis and Nashville. Anne is a Rule 31 trained civil and family law mediator, and has also completed domestic violence mediation training. A leader in the legal community, Anne is past chair of the Family Law Committee of the Memphis Bar Association, and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, and the Association of Women Attorneys. Anne has successfully completed the prestigious ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy course at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and was a member of the inaugural class of Tennessee Leadership.
Miles Mason, Sr., JD, CPA is a divorce lawyer in Memphis, Tennessee and a Certified Public Accountant. Mason has authored four books on divorce, including The Forensic Accounting Deskbook, published by the ABA Family Law Section, and The Tennessee Divorce Client’s Handbook. The founder of the Miles Mason Family Law Group, PLC, he has been selected as a Tennessee Super Lawyer by peers, rated 10.0 out of 10.0 by Avvo, and received a “AV Preeminent” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Leadership positions have included Chair of the TBA Family Law Section, President of the CBHS Alumni Association, Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation, and he currently serves on the Memphis and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency Board, appointed by Mayor Jim Strickland.
