Gretchen is the mother of both the most amazing daughter and the most hilarious Puggle on the planet. Every year she and her daughter pick a random place to visit for vacation. They also spend a week every summer in Gulf Shores, AL for some fun in the sun. Gretchen also loves football and is a huge Tennessee Titans fan, dragging her daughter willingly to a Titans game every season. She hopes to one day be a season ticket holder. Titan Up!

She runs for fun and is a member of the Memphis Runners Track Club and Heather Price’s running group through the Bartlett Rec Center. She has run the St. Jude half marathon three times (including the 2021 St. Jude Memphis Marathon) and participates in many other runs held in Memphis throughout the year. She recently set a goal to run in all 50 states before she is 50, (which is several, several years down the road) and has 6 states down so far. Gretchen loves life, Memphis, and sharks too. Sharks are her spirit animal, always on the move, independent, and fierce. She may or may not have a tattoo of a great white shark and may or may not want a tattoo of a hammerhead shark. She is hoping to one day come home from a trip to Gulf Shores with a pet shark.

Gretchen graduated magna cum laude from Southwest Tennessee Community College with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
