The TBA Family Law Section will host its Family Law Forum on Oct. 8 worth 2.75 general and 2 dual hours of CLE credit.
Presenters include: Joe Smith, Lisa Gill and George Spanos with legislative updates; Judge Mary Wagner and Roger Maness will provide a refresher on the dos and don’ts of courtroom decorum; Miles Mason and Kate Anderson of the Miles Mason Family Group will provide the importance of marital balance sheets; Julia Tate-Keith and Jana Lamanna will speak on surrogacy education; and finally, Linda Seely and family therapist Emily Stone will discuss attorney well-being and how to handle the high demands of your clients.
